Condolence: Bertha was the kindest woman. When I visited my neighbor at the Presbyterian Manor , Bertha had a smile and a kind word. Wilma Miller was my neighbor and she held Bertha in the highest regard. That was over 30 years ago and Bertha was truly an asset to the Manor.
