The Franks

I met Theresa in 1973.  Her brother Scott and my brother Daley referred to her as Frank.  Theresa and I hung out a few times and I referred to her as Frank, and I noticed that had started calling me Frank, and I would answer.  A few years later she introduced me to Kathy Broadus (her cousin), and we began to call Kathy- Frank.  The three of us hung out on a regular basis, and would often get ask the question "who is Frank"? and we would point to each other and say "she's Frank".  I think over a decade went by and I finally ask Theresa why did they name you Frank?  She told me that her brother Scott named her Frank because she loved beans (beans, beans, good for your heart, the more you eat the more you _____.)  We all know that when you are a bean connosuer you possess alot of gas.  So the original name was Funky Frank.  Although I was not happy of how she obtained this name we continued to call each other Frank.  I am going to miss you Frank.  As I pondered through all of  The Franks adventures (and there were many)  this week, and going through my grieving process, I thought that I would retire my name as Frank, but since you gave it to me I know that you would want me to keep it.  I am going to miss you saying Fraaannnnkkkkk!!!! ( for nobody could say it like you).    Frank go her Wings.  Rest in Heaven Fraaannnkkk!!
