Obituary for Matthew Lemont Gladney
Matthew Lemont Gladney was born on December 29, 1987 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Paul Jeffrey Gladney and Bruna Huggins.
Matthew was a laid-back person who had a good heart and enjoyed spending time with his daughter, Winter. He loved to entertain and did some rapping with his Uncle Lealba Mankind Young. In his free time he played video games, listened to music, and spent time with family and friends.
He worked in the Topeka area as a cook.
Matthew was of Baptist faith and had accepted Christ at an early age.
Matthew passed unexpectedly on Monday, December 26, 2016. He is preceded in death by his two sisters, Chandra Gladney and LaTonya Trish Merriweather.
He is survived by his daughter, Winter; mother, Bruna Huggins of Topeka; father, Paul Jeffrey Gladney of Kansas City, Missouri; brothers, Paul Gladney Barrett of Kansas City, Kansas, Paul Gladney Jr. and Larry Merriweather both of Topeka, Kansas; sisters, Sherron Gladney and Titiana Gladney both of Kansas City, Missouri and a host of other relatives and friends who loved him and will miss him.
