Obituary for Cynthia Lynn "Cindy" Wilson (Worlds)

Cynthia Lynn "Cindy" Wilson (Worlds)
Greetings, my name is Cynthia Lynn Wilson also known as Cyntha, Lynn or Cindy and I have not been called home by our Lord and Savior. I chose with my time left to have a "Celebration of Life". With God's blessings I am able to celebrate among my family and friends. Doctor's say I don't have long to live with my cancer but I know only God can change all things.

Let me present to you my life's story...

I was born on August 3, 1959 to the parents of Delmar Pete Worlds and Anna Maxine Bledsoe. I attended Topeka Public Schools and Topeka High School in Topeka and graduated from South Side High School in Indiana. When I was young I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior. Although I have been in and out of the church I always kept my eye on the Lord. I continued to study the bible and often used the word (scripture) as a guide for my life and my families life. I found keeping my eye on the Lord and His word helped to balance me out and gave me love for all mankind.

I really enjoy doing things. I love music especially "old school", dancing, shopping, going to garage sales, fishing and hosting gatherings that included a lot of cooking and laughter. I'm a very inquisitive, curious person as well as a fast learner. I formerly worked as city bus operator (Topeka City Transit) where I always extended a warm and inviting environment to my passengers, and a childcare provider/owner.

I've done a lot in life, I married Ivory Wilson on July 4, 1998 and we have four children, WaMeshia Fletcher, Ramon Worlds, Trameka Inman (Landron) and Devin Worlds (Carrie). I have 14 grandchildren which I love dearly, Kamryn, Jayce, Saamir, Mia, Javay, Julius, Desirae, Aaiyah, Damani, Leonidas, Serenity, Makel and Layla and "1" in the oven.

Sharing my celebration of life is my family, my husband, children and grandchildren; three brothers, Darrell Elliott (Gina), Michael Worlds (Pat), and William Worlds; five sisters, M. Kay Anderson, Cynthia Garrett, Sharelyn Bell (Melvin), Delmira Worlds, and Donna Flippen; sister-in-law, Ethel Elliott (Randy - deceased) and a host of other relatives and friends.

Those who have shared my life and who have gone before me, my parents, Anna M. Bledsoe and Delmar P. Worlds, brothers, Randy Elliott and Keith Shabazz; paternal aunts and uncles. I want to especially thank Carolyn, Edith, Gwen, Vivianne and Momma Alice.

Cynthia Lynn Wilson departed this life on November 3, 2016. Cynthia's wishes were to take control of her transition into the Heavens. She designed a special celebration where her family and friends could honor her life while she was living, prior to her passing. A few short days later, her life's mission on this side of Heaven became complete. Her spirit will forever be in our hearts.
