Johnny Blue Clark
Johnny Blue Clark was born in Guthrie, OK, on March 14, 1936 to the late Frank and Allie Lue Ellen Clark. He went home to be with Jesus on the afternoon of August 15, 2016.

Johnny is survived by his wife of fifty years, Patricia "Kay" Clark, and his two daughters, Melinda Clark-Sann, and LaDonna Clark-Matlock (James).

Johnny is preceded in death by Frank and Allie Lue Ellen Clark (Parents), Twila Clark (Sister), Claude Clark (Brother), Dollie Bruce (Sister), Frank Clark (Brother), Mary Jane Ellis (Sister), Erma Jean Williams (Sister), Arthur Lee Clark (Brother), Nathaniel Clark Harris (Brother) and a host of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Johnny attended Langston University, a Historically Black College located in Langston, OK. Shortly after that, he served as an Airman in the United States Air Force. Johnny worked for many years as a Barber at Styles Barber Shop and retired as a Correctional Officer at the Topeka Juvenile Correctional Facility.

Johnny was the type of person "who's never met a stranger" and was known and loved by many for his kindness and patience with people from all walks of life. He had an infectious laugh and loved life to the fullest. He enjoyed telling lots of stories and we considered him to be the "king of tall tales". Johnny also loved fishing, gardening, he was a gifted painter/artist and "master chef!"

Johnny was a cherished husband, father, and uncle who made an important impact in so many lives. We are blessed and so grateful for all the time and amazing experiences we had with him.
