Condolence: My prayers are with Paul's family. My friend & coworker for 17 years,Paul was a remarkabl.e quiet, dignified man, who worked hard to make the hotel shine. He seldom offered advice, but I learned so much from him about our trade.I still cherish his favorite saying:"Never say you you've seen it all(in a hotel),'cause something new or worse is ALWAYS gonna happen." Paul handled each surprise with a calm, unflappable style that is sorely missed. Love you, Paul, now Rest in Peace.
