Condolence: To the Valdery Family, my prayers are with you concerning the loss of your precious loved one, Willie Valdery. I had the privilege of meeting and working with Mr. Valdery while he was employed with KDOT in Topeka. He assisted and was always willing to help our students enrolled in the YWCA Highway Construction Program practice driving to obtain their CDL license. He had a humble spirit and enjoyed helping people, especially encouraging minority women and men to pursue careers in the highway construction industry. He will truly be missed in our community and his church which he always talked about helping in any way he was needed. To God be the glory for the life of Mr. Willie Valdery.
