Obituary for Marion Avery McFalls

Marion “Avery” McFalls was born on July 7, 1965 to the parents of Vernon Huge McFalls, Sr. and Imogene Jewett McFalls in Topeka, Kansas.

Raised with his two brothers and two sisters, Avery spent his life in Topeka. He was a tender spirit and found joy in the innocence of life due to challenges he was born with. Avery enjoyed playing with balls and enjoyed having his stuffed animals around. Avery also took great delight in snacking and eating. He was a happy beam of light to all who cared for him.

Avery departed this life and gained his Heavenly wings on November 16, 2018 in Topeka, Kansas. He is preceded in death by his father, Vernon Huge McFalls Sr.; his brother Vernon Huge McFalls Jr.; his paternal grandparents, John Harold McFalls and Rosa Brown and his maternal grandparents, Daniel Jewett and Viola N. Webb Jewett.

Left to cherish Avery’s memory is his mother, Imogene Jewett McFalls; his brother, Jerome Daniel McFalls; his sisters, Tessa (Anthony) Strange and Tricia McFalls – all of Topeka, Kansas and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
