Condolence: It was our pleasure to work with Stacy Pledger. We are greatly sadden by her sudden passing. She was full of life and laughter. We played volleyball together. She was a terrific mother to her children. We offer up our prayers for comfort and peace for the family and friends of Stacy. May she rest in peace.

Condolence: To the Pledger Family:

My heart is sadden by the homegoing of a young, vibrant woman. However, I find peace and comfort in knowing that Stacy was a devout, Christian mother who taught her children the Word of God. Stacy assisted me with the children in the Sunbeam Auxiliary for several years at Mount Carmel Baptist Church. She was always patient and very kind to the children and ensured that they learned their Bible stories. Her smile and demeanor with the children was infectious!

Please remember that precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.

Condolence: I have the privilege of being one of many teachers to her children. Stacy was an amazing mom. Her children reflect that. We will be there to love them and lift them up on those difficult times that they miss their mom. And allow to them to express their grief in joy and sadness. We will miss you Stacy.

Condolence: Family,I truly know:
In times like these we need a Savior.
In times like these we need an anchor.
Be very sure, I know you are sure,
Our anchor holds, and grips the Solid Rock - Jesus!

I am thinking and praying for my Pledger/George family(s). I'm so sorry for your loss of such a sweet, smiling, good hugger! Stacy was readily available with her love & I benefitted. I love my Cousins dearly and pray you all continue experiencing the amazing comfort & strength from the Lord.

Condolence: The world has lost a shining star. I had the privilege of working with Stacy for several years. As much as she tried to project this mean persona, she was a sweet, caring, and wonderful person. She talked about her children all the time, and you could hear the love in her voice for them. Stacy cared deeply for her friends and her family, and I feel honored to have known her. My heart hurts for her children, and the rest of her family, and I am praying for all of you during this time.

Condolence: I use to work as a nurse at the DOC. I am a short, blonde, loud, blunt, in your bubble, lets be best friends forever type of person. I know there are days I annoy myself, but the first time I walked into book in and Pledger was there boy did I halt ( for like 10 seconds) and so you can imagine we butted heads a few times. After a few Pledger went to her supervisor which happen to be my husband and we all had to have a conversation about our mutual "original" attitudes. It took me another 6 months to grow on her it took a lot of work and persistence but hey im good at that and I still rememeber the first time I walked in and she said " I am so happy to see you" nevermind bookin was full and I was the fastest nurse Pledger said she was happy to see me. I think everyone at work that night heard me I was so happy because that meant I truly was good. She was one of the few that truly did not care that my husband was one of her bosses and if I wanted her approval I better earn it. Her acceptance and eventual "liking: of me meant more at work then most things.
She truly was a great person. I cant imagine what you all are going thru but please know we will all see her again someday and if there is ANY thing you need please don't hesitate to let Josh or I know.

Condolence: My prayers and heart goes out to the family. You have no idea how much I will miss you Stacy. You was the one who inspired me to go natural with my hair. Natural Girls Rock! We played volleyball together that one time and I had the best time ever, I put my wig on your baby girl and we just laughed all night. In the back parking lot of DOC will never be the same for me. You don't want to park next to me today:-)I will see you again in Heaven. You can show me around. Thank you Jesus for using Stacy to impact my life to be blessed on what you gave me.
